About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified MSHA Instructor who is certified with a Blue Card or can obtain one. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver MSHA training to employees and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and update training materials to reflect current MSHA standards.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
- Assist in the development of safety procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current MSHA Blue Card certification or be able to obtain one.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of MSHA regulations and safety practices in the mining industry.
Other requirements:
- Very qualified in all computer skills
- Experienced in training program development
- Instructional Design a Plus
- Available to travel
- Available to work 50+ hours per week
