Requirements: Board Certification; Active AZ License and DEA

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts

Patients Census: 25 to 30 between new and follow up patients

No Call

Type of Patients: Outpatient

Types of visits: Bread and butter Neuro, Stroke follow-up

Migraine patients (botox comfortable), Memory loss/ dementia EMG studies, if desired
