As an Assistant Personal Builder, you will receive hands-on training and expertise by working with our Personal Builders to provide outstanding customer service and deliver quality-built homes.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Developing great relationships with suppliers and trade partners through ongoing and consistent communication.
- Coordinating onsite construction activities under the direction of the Personal Builder.
- Assisting with the scheduling of trade partners and inspecting construction for quality and conformance with plans.
- Working with the Personal Builder to guide the customer through the homebuilding process, from pre-construction through warranty.
- Monitoring jobsite safety and erosion control compliance.
