JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Financial Coordinator to join our team. This role will oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support the project management office (PMO) growth. Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, the Financial Coordinator will be instrumental in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and driving efficiencies across the PMO. This position is ideal for a financial professional who is not only adept at numbers but also strategic in financial decision-making.

Lead the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, reporting any variances and proposing corrective actions.
Oversee the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures to secure the integrity of financial transactions and reporting.
