What You Will Do:
The candidate will work with the client to develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs)/benchmarks for IT contracts across the enterprise. The candidate will also support in the creation of dashboards/score cards to give management quick access to contract performance data.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
Three (3) or more years of experience in developing and/or monitoring SLAs
Operations and maintenance (O&M) experience (knows and understands O&M metrics, operations, firewall, cloud, etc.)
Experience developing, categorizing, and tracking IT metrics
Understanding of Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL), can conduct research into IT metrics and/or build them
Experience with creating metrics that relate to monitoring network degradation, availability.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Bachelors Degree
Experience working at Department of State
Ideally has a background in background in building systems/network or system engineering experience (e.g., PRAM, ticketing systems, monitoring systems); experience building in ServiceNow platform highly preferred.
Have an understanding of what is needed to keep the agency network available and how all the IT systems interact
