The Role – More Than Sales:

Requirements:

• High School Diploma: Minimum educational qualification required.
• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales; roofing industry experience preferred but not necessary.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Canvassing: Willingness to perform door-to-door canvassing as a primary method of lead generation.
• Drive and Determination: Self-motivated and eager to meet or exceed performance goals.
