About who needs care: She has dementia and bedridden you have to talk to her like she adult not a child. Everyday is different example she can be sweet and the next to another mood. Only interest is reading cards she received over and over again. Also watching to cute puppy and cats on tv. It's hard to have ideal day due to her dementia.
