- Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

- Receive and place telephone calls

- Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

- Proficient with diversified computer software and systems

- Microsoft Office experience preferred

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- General familiarity with account management

- Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word

- Solid understanding of customer service

- Basic Computer Skills experience required

- Field Technicians experience highly desired

- Proficiency in Job Scheduling

- Scheduling experience

- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
