Your Job

SRG Global has an opening for an Engineering Technician at our facility located in Portageville, MO.

The Engineering Technician is a key component of the operational engineering team and will create value by facilitating tasked based objectives focused on program readiness and transformative opportunities. As a shared resource to the launch team, the Engineering Technician will be leveraged across multiple teams and will be responsible for keeping the equipment and facility operating reliably.

What You Will Do
  • Work with cross functional teams to facilitate trails and ensure successful launches
  • Create detailed work instructions by working with process owners
  • Participate in assembly equipment validation run-off and training activities
  • Perform routine inspections of automated systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical systems along with instrumentation
  • Oversee pre-production inventory control and shipment coordination


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Engineering or technical experience within a manufacturing environment


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience working in the automotive industry and knowledge of plastic injection molding, plating, painting, assembly, & MP&L processes
  • Associate degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Technology, or similar STEM related area
  • Knowledge of IATF Quality Management System and ISO 17025 calibration system
