needs to hire full-time BDC Sales Appointment Setters to work in our fast-paced Business Development Call Center, to answer internet, telephone, and text questions from potential customers seeking vehicle information, pricing, availability, and more! Your goal is to schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team so we can sell them a vehicle.

Responsibilities - Appointment Setters, BDC Sales:
- Utilizing a script to guide your response, answer internet, telephone, online chat, and text requests from potential customers seeking vehicle information, pricing, availability, and more!
- Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
- Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet, Email, or Text.
- Schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team so we can sell them a vehicle.
- Follow up with 'no shows' to reschedule appointments.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM System.
- Utilize Google Spreadsheets.
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
- Study, learn, and understand the vehicles Toyota offers.
- Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products, and procedures.
Qualifications - Appointment Setters, BDC Sales:

- At least one year of Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, or Customer Service Experience.
- Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred, but we will train qualified candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Must be available to work weekends
