REQUIREMENTS:
- Involvement in prior technology implementations.
- Leading requirements gathering and validation with staff.
- Developing requirements documentation - Use Cases.
- Testing system functionality against requirements and specifications.
- Training staff on system functionality as developed.
- Providing general technical assistance.
- Experience using Atlassian Suite Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Background in Finance/Accounting projects.
- Experience documenting end to end processes.
- Experience mapping and documenting process flows.
