FOUNDATION AUTOMOTIVE is seeking a talented BDC Agent to join our team at Humboldt CDJR. As a BDC Agent, you will be at the forefront of our dealership's customer engagement strategy. Your primary focus will be on creating meaningful connections with potential customers who reach out via various digital channels. You will play a crucial role in guiding them through the initial stages of their vehicle purchase journey, providing expert information and assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through online platforms, emails, phone calls and real time chat.
  • Engage customers in a courteous and informative manner, showcasing your automotive knowledge and passion.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers, gain understanding their preferences and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Schedule appointments for potential customers to visit the store.
  • Coordinate with our sales team to provide information and positive communications to our customers.
  • Utilize CRM software and lead management tools to efficiently track customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless transition from digital engagement to in-person showroom experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
  • Enthusiasm for automobiles and a willingness to learn about our dealership's vehicle lineup.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
