Required Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrives to work on time, neatly groomed in a clean uniform for every shift
• Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times, willing to help out where needed
• Follows all Beef ‘O’ Brady’s safety, sanitation, and employee guidelines
• Setup dish machine or 3 compartment sink with proper chemicals
• Scrape, wash and sanitize dishes and silverware
• Allow dishware to properly dry and restock in stations
• Keep dish area clean and organized
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware to stock the cook line
• Keep dish machine or sink clean and report any issues to manager
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required
• Sweep and mop floor as needed
• Assist with table bussing in dining room as directed by manager
• Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times
• Can complete requirements of job without constant supervision
• Works as a team to complete assigned tasks during shift

Candidate Requirements:

• Food Handler Certification (or other state approved program if required)

• Continuous standing, bending, lifting, carrying items (up to 60 pounds)
• Able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long period of time
• Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers and management
• Team Player
• Hard working
• Honest
