Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for an immediate opening in our school. This position offers competitive pay and guaranteed hours for the duration of the contract. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and administrators to provide support in various educational settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and instruction
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts
• Provide support to students with special needs, ensuring their integration and participation
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources
• Supervise students during class, recess, lunch, and other activities as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students preferred
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with school staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and understanding when working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• State licensure or willingness to obtain licensure
