BCBA Job Description: We're looking for a passionate and certified BCBA to join our team in Bergland, MI. As a BCBA, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students with diverse needs across all grade levels, fostering positive behavior change and enhancing the overall learning environment.

BCBA Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Collaborate with staff and families to implement interventions.
• Provide training and support to school staff.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions.
• Support IEP meetings and goal development.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job Qualifications:

• BCBA certification.
• Experience with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Strong ABA knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
