Customer Service Representative - Part-time

Description:

• Process incoming customer orders

• Create Sales Orders

• Create ship release with dates and special instructions

• Work with Supply Chain Manager to ensure raw materials will be in inventory

• Work with Production Planning to obtain Production Date

• Create Manufacturing Order )

• Proof read for accuracy

• Follow up on active orders to ensure compliance with deliver date

• Create export paper work

• Review Customer invoices

• General sales support

• Assist in answering incoming calls

• Provide sales forecasting

• Work alongside Inside Sales to facilitate customer orders

• Maintain customer account database

• Maintain customer item numbers

• Submit Quoting requests to Business Analyst

• Create job estimates in conjunctions with Business Analyst

• send and follow up on Quotes with customers

• handle and process Customer Complaints

• Participate in Scheduling meeting

• Other duties may be assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

- 2-5 years of Customer Service experience

- Computer skills (outlook, basic excel, word)

-HS diploma

Nice to have:

- custom order experience

- manufacturing experience

- advanced excel

Soft skills:

-can work independently towards team goals and work on a team

-efficiency and accuracy
