Provider Relations Representative

*** Provider Relations Representative ***

First week of training will be onsite in Lincoln. After that the position will be 100% remote.

Description:

-Maintains contract knowledge to ensure customers receive accurate and compliant information.

-Performs administrative updates and changes within service standards.

-Resolves complaints and assists with customer escalations

-Responds to customer service phone or email inquiries – limited phone; frequent emails.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Customer Service experience in any capacity

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Excellent telephone skills, problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills

Shift:

Monday - Friday

Training – Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 4:45pm (3 weeks)

Normal Schedule – Monday thru Friday 8:15-5:00pm

Pay:

$20/hr
