Are you great with numbers? Do you have a background in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and/or invoicing? We re looking for qualified accountants to join our team for accounts receivable/payable, payroll manager, and accounting clerk role!
JOB TITLE: Accounting Clerk
HOURS: 8 am to 5 pm
TYPE: Temp-To-Perm
PAY: $18-$25/hour (based on experience)
OVERVIEW
-Support the Accounts Payable / Receivable department
-Performing general ledger duties if needed
-Invoicing and payment handling
-Spreadsheets and data entry
IDEAL CANDIDATE
-Proven accounting experience / education
-Excellent data entry and Microsoft Office Suite skills
-Great knowledge of Excel
-Outstanding oral and written communication skills
-A High School Diploma or GED
