Sodexo Corporate Services is currently seeking a Facilities Regional Account Director with solid leadership experience in total facilities services. This Director will have technical knowledge of hard services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Manufacturing Equipment, Building Maintenance, etc.) and soft services, cleaning, and reception services supporting all corporate services facilities in North America. The candidate must reside in the Mid-West and East Region. 

 

This position will work remote but must be able to travel up to 25% across IFM sites within portfolio. Competitive benefits package, with salary in the mid $100k range. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and field all client requests 
  • Tactical and strategic oversight of the maintenance, facilities engineering, site capital management, budget, and financials
  • Responsible for financial performance across the portfolio
  • Experience with deploying new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Oversight of all work in CMMS system
  • Ensure all systems are in operation to achieve required deliverables across all service lines
  • Attend planning and scheduling meetings with area site Directors and planners to determine work priority and schedule
  • Work with Project Engineering by providing information on the building infrastructure and construction impact on the building occupants
  • Attend all project meetings within our areas of responsibility and ensure all facility and maintenance issues are addressed during conceptual design
  • Oversight of supplier delivery performance, including financial and procurement oversight with Site Directors
  • Find and scope projects to reduce cost savings at the site and throughout the geographical area
  • Oversight of multiple building operations across North America
  • Strong Financial Acumen to manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio
  • Project management, capital project management and technical problem solving
  • Frequent travel between locations

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 7 years

Basic Functional Experience- 7 years in facilities management, engineering, management of business/operations service in both soft and hard facilities services
