Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments for HVAC and electrical technicians, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely response to customer requests.
  • Receive and manage incoming service calls, inquiries, and emergencies, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and customer needs.
  • Dispatch technicians to job sites, providing clear instructions and relevant information to facilitate smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and work orders in the dispatch system/database.
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, technician arrival times, and any changes or delays in service.
  • Monitor technician progress and job statuses, proactively addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during service appointments.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and inventory management, to coordinate service activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns, striving to achieve high levels of satisfaction and retention.
