HR Onboarding Support

• Accurate data entry into systems for background checks, drug screenings, and other verification processes.
• Conducting thorough screenings and obtaining additional information as needed to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Exercising keen attention to detail to uphold the highest standards in HR procedures.
• Demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to benefits, payroll, HR portals, and other HR-related matters.
• Assisting pre-employees with compliance, paperwork, and start day details to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Handling multiple screens and systems efficiently to provide timely and accurate resolutions.
• Demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on achieving one-call resolution for all inquiries.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively address employee needs.
• Proficiency in navigating various software applications and systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in HR support roles or customer service is preferred but not required.
