Student Health Nurse (RN)

Madison Regional Health System is seeking a Student Health Nurse (RN) to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home.

The Student Health Nurse is an essential part of our Medical team and is responsible for providing contracted student health services for Madison Central School District essentially August to May and will follow the academic calendar for breaks and holidays. Additional hours are often available to work in the clinic setting during breaks/holidays to ensure full time hours. Duties include providing basic health assessment, treatment, recommendations and/or referral of students. Health and wellness education programming and providing support services for campus related health issues and concerns. Prefer a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the health care field. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in stressful situations are essential. CPR certification is required.
