LivINN Hotel in Maplewood is seeking a Houseperson and Laundry Attendant.

The Houseperson will clean and maintain assigned common areas of the property and grounds to maximize the customer and employee experiences by giving the best possible service. Part-Time, Shift starting at 10 AM Thurs - Monday. Pay $16 per hour.

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing and folding laundry as needed. The Laundry Attendant is also responsible for the daily maintenance of laundry equipment and track supplies used. Part-Time, Shift 11 AM - 7 PM Sunday & Monday. Pay $16 per hour.

Requirements:

Houseperson:

  • Performs cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout common areas of the property.
  • Picks up trash and empties trash containers.
  • Assists with the cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces.
  • Additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Laundry Attendant:

  • Washes laundry, removing stains from items with appropriate procedures as needed.
  • Folds laundry and store in neat and organized fashion.
  • Assist housekeepers with taking soiled laundry to laundry room.
  • Keeps laundry area clean and free from trash.
  • Additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
