Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

PERFORMANCE SUMMARY: This position is responsible for handling maintenance of all Foundry and equipment, including preventive maintenance and the urgent repair needs of the facility.

· Follows and strongly enforces safety procedures and policies.

· Supervises and directs staff to meet production and facility needs inside and out.

· Supervises and directs staff to implement continuous improvement changes.

· Has on-call responsibility to respond to off-hours issues that may arise

· Tracks facility work projects both unfinished and completed.

· Oversees contractor repairs as needed.

· Supervises and direct staff to address safety work orders.

· Works closely with MRO crib and procurement to make sure repair parts are available when needed.

· Makes sure all maintenance work areas are clean and organized

· Other duties as assigned

Extensive experience in maintenance with 2 years minimum in maintenance supervisory experience at a manufacturing company. This role requires very strong Leadership skills in Maintenance Management. One must be very proactive and action oriented relative to reaction to emergencies as well as preventative and predictive maintenance.

Ability to read and interpret pneumatic and hydraulic schematics

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics including one-line diagrams

Understand of PLC systems and programming

Understanding of process instrumentation

Understanding of 3 phase power systems and transformers

Mathematical comprehension
