Direct Support Professional

Caregivers needed! CNA or DSP certification preferred! Full and part-time positions available! Rate negotiable based on experience.

Our average DSP earns roughly $30,160 plus the opportunity to earn more with overtime. Overtime is available and paid at time and one half. Any qualified employee has the chance to pick up extra hours, regardless of seniority. We also offer extra pay for weekend shifts and holiday pay. Agency vehicles are provided and there are laptops in the homes for any work related needs. Benefits include: vacation and sick time, medical, dental and retirement plans are available.

DSPs are responsible for a scope of care provided to adults with intellectual disabilities living within our Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes. DSPs are responsible for resident activity to enrich their daily life and social skills, as well as promoting community activities toward independence. Day, evening and overnight shifts are available and every other weekend and holidays are REQUIRED with pay incentive.

QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to pass written test and background checks, valid driver's license, and good driving record.
