Job Description
The position involves but is not limited to billing/submission of claims to state, federal and private entities for all medical/dental services, credentialing of hired professionals, record retention/management, receptionist duties, staff/ public assistance, computer use for data entry, Advanced MD Software entries and reporting, filing of office records and public emergency response.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required
1-2 years' experience in a Medical Billing field required Proficient use of AdvancedMD software (or comparable) required.
Working knowledge of Abila MIP Accounting Software (or comparable) Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/Access
Proficient Computer Skills Strong Customer Service Skills
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. Salary Grade: 12
Rate of pay: $18.22
