Installation Technician

We are seeking an Installation Technician to become a part of our team! You will assist with the installation and repair of various network and IT equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and repair of IT equipment, including PC's, IP Cameras, Access Points, and Door Controllers.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance. 
• Run and terminate data cable including CAT6 and Fiber.  
• Track all equipment and supplies. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT or other related fields.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to work well within a Team.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Good communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic with a passion for technology. An analytical mindset will be essential for effective troubleshooting and improving network functionality. Customer service experience is strongly recommended.
