This practice operates 30 clinic locations throughout the Chicago suburban corridor. The
Vice President will travel to clinics on an as-needed basis, also working out of the corporate
office in Mokena, with remote work days permitted to reasonably accommodate employee
needs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a newly-created position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The role will be a pivotal member of the senior leadership team, charged with oversight of the ABA management team, ABA program performance, and communication between senior leadership and management as it relates to ABA services and related functions.
Among other duties, the Vice President will:
- set the vision and increase the performance of the ABA program
- identify ABA program needs to improve quality and develop solutions
- review program trends from site visits, reports, and stakeholder surveys
- review engagement survey data and develop improvement plans as needed
- ensure that company mission and ABA clinical philosophy is practiced consistently
- provide leadership and accountability over the clinic operations for all ABA teams
- continuously update ABA program manuals in conjunction with direct reports
- provide general support, guidance, and clarification to direct reports
- conduct weekly meetings and evaluate progress on quarterly goals of direct reports
- develop strategies to audit and increase internal compliance practices
- develop strategies to measure outcomes for value-based care contracting
- report departmental KPIs to the CEO on a monthly basis
- investigate the merit of alternative treatment models within ABA services
- form an external advisory board to stay current on industry trends and raise clinical standards
The Vice President will be responsible for analyzing the overall efficacy of operational protocols for treatment integrity, productivity, schedule, compliance, authorizations, staffing, waitlists, wage reviews, and performance reviews, as well as the overall efficacy of training and development protocols for onboarding, apprenticeships, therapy programs, retention efforts, and safety.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years pediatric therapy leadership experience
- 5+ years leadership experience overseeing multiple sites
- 5+ years experience with teams of more than 200 FTEs
- some experience in / exposure to ABA services required
- clinical background or BCBA preferred, not required
