Reverse Logistics Analyst

This is a contract assignment that could go for up to 2 years with a Pharmaceutical company. We're looking to hire a Returns Analyst or a Reverse Logistics Analyst.

Customer Service attention is key. Maneuverability, as they might go from responsibility to responsibility. Processing returns is a BIG plus. Working on credits and check that pricing is correct. SAP experience a plus. Microsoft Excel experience. A year or so experience in pharma companies would be helpful.

Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of reverse logistics projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or workflows. Key duties/responsibilities of Project coordinator: Handles day-to-day activities surrounding reverse logistics, dedicated mainly to managing returns and adjustments. Provides premium service and support to customers, as defined by individual or unique customer needs. This position is also responsible for complying with all applicable SOX and internal controls and maintaining all relevant department KPIs. The Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering on service levels for adjustments and returns and delivering the highest level of service to customers.
