Per Diem Physical Therapist

Brighstar Care, Escondido is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team! You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

PAY POSTED IS HOURLY> Eval Rate is 115.00, Visit rate is 110.00 per client 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
• Willing to travel outside of 15 mile radius preferred!!

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Physical Tberapy License
• Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field (at least one year)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Pay range provided is per visit. 110 per visit, 120 per Initial Eval
