Customer Service Representative

Description:

• Communicate with external companies on replacement insurance policies
• Point of contact for companies when policies get replaced and giving updates to customers
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers
• Follow up timely on pending policies where outstanding requirements still exist and where new requirements have been received.
• Admin/clerical work as needed
