Job Description:
- Routine grounds keeping and landscaping with efficiency and strong attention to detail
- Watering of trees and plants
- Perform janitorial and equipment maintenance duties as needed
- Paint, repair and pressure wash building and roads as needed
Position Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with staff, residents and vendors
- Ability to read policy manuals, house rules, safety procedures and maintenance instructions
- Ability to lift and pull 50-plus lbs.
- Follow OSHA requirements and safety standards and PPE
