 General Millwright duties based on the job you are on; below is a general list of what we look for in a candidate:

Structural steel welding

Ark welding certs 3G & 4G

Working at heights 

Rigging 

Iron working

Crane installation 

And mechanical 

Any electrical ( motor control) is a bonus
