Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an Install Base Account Executive, Commercial, Owners to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques to maximize renewals. You’ll collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, and Product to maintain and expand our customer base.This position reports into the Manager, Install Base, and is based in our Carpinteria, CA or Austin, TX offices, but also open to being remote. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.What you’ll do:Manage an existing book of business clients to renew and expand account usageDevelop renewal plans with Customer Success to maximize expansion and help introduce new usage, tools, and products to current clientsConduct product demonstrationsResearch accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, and obtain business requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requestedPursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customersManage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within SalesforceAchieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targetsCoordinate internal resources to solve client’s issues and execution of service agreementsQuarterly travel to client onsite visitsWhat we’re looking for:BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2BExperience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desiredProven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales based selling modelAbility and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environmentAbility to develop trusted relationshipsProficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration toolsExperience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably SalesforceProven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecastingAdditional InformationBase Pay Range $38 - $52 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $130,000 - $178,750.
