Job Title: Paraprofessionals Type: Full-Time Location: Deer Lodge, Montana

Job Details:

• Full-time position
• Onsite
• Working in SPED classes

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assistance to students in special education classes.
• Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Support students in academic, social, and emotional development.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the needs of students with diverse abilities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
