Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients in individual or group settings.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CFY).
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Previous experience working with individuals with communication and swallowing disorders preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
