Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Kitchen Manager in onboarding and mentoring new team members
• Foster constructive rapport with both back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) personnel
• Meticulously oversee operations in a from-scratch culinary milieu
• Ensure seamless operations in a high-volume setting
• Supervise recipe adherence, portion control, prep schedules, and assist with staffing arrangements
• Demonstrate leadership prowess consistently

Assistant Culinary Supervisor Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a full-service Restaurant AKM or similar leadership capacity in a casual or upscale-casual context
• Thrive in a fast-paced milieu
• Demonstrated track record of upholding standards, surpassing objectives, and cultivating relationships
• Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes
• Adherence to stringent safety and hygiene protocols
• Proficient problem-solving abilities and hands-on approach
