Surgical Scheduler - Now Hiring

Our busy office is searching for a surgical scheduler to join their team. This is a fully on-site role located in Towson, MD. This role will provide you with an opportunity to join a growing, reputable hospital team in the greater Baltimore area.

Description:

• Utilizing EPIC software to schedule patients for surgeries
• Answering phones and send patient phone calls to appropriate offices
• Completing pre-authorizations for insurance for patients prior to surgeries, appointments, check ups
• Calling Doctor's offices and hospitals for pre-op results
• Verifying insurance on a daily basis
• Assisting with the updating of medical records

Details:

• Monday-Friday 8 hour shift, between 7:30am-5pm
• This is an on-site role, located in Towson, MD
