Job Summary

As the Senior Pega Systems Architect, you will be responsible for developing and/or modify programs, successfully unit testing work, and developing supportive documentation.

Job Description

We are looking for a Pega Systems Architect to collaborate with Business Analysts and to develop new systems and/or enhanced functionality utilizing the PEGA BPM platform and PEGA Cloud. This will be full time and hybrid.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate and provide technical expertise to ITO and assigned unit to develop technical solutions to implements business/system requirements.

  • Attain a complete understanding of requirements and understand key concepts such as rule resolution, class structure design, and reusability.

  • Develop and/or modify programs, successfully unit test their work, develop supportive documentation, and to participate with the business analysts and/or users in the system testing of their programs.

  • Write system requirements based upon the business requirements received. They will implement a wide array of functionality from building high quality user experiences to implementing complex case management requirements.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • PEGA Senior Systems Architect Certification

  • 5 years of experience developing solutions utilizing PEGA rules and procedures

  • 5 years of experience in Reporting

  • 5 years of experience in Integration of applications using various methods available in PEGA. Primarily experience in SOAP, REST, DB, MQ and email

  • 5 years of experience in Application design/Case design

  • 5 years of experience implementing SSO security for PEGA applications and security rule types of PEGA

  • 5 years of experience with Data Modeling

  • 5 years of experience in automation of existing business process/policies utilizing PEGA rules

  • 5 years of experience supporting large-scale business centric

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study

Preferred:

  • 6 years of WebSphere or WebLogic experience

  • 6 years ofJ2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java) experience

  • 6 years of.NET experience

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
