We are urgently hiring a Data Center Support Associate for a leading provider of cloud and endpoint security, threat intelligence, and cyberattack response services. Responsibilities:

  • - Installing hardware on request (DIMM, Drives, etc.)
  • - Data entry (scanning serial number and asset tags into documents)
  • - Perform hardware inspections (checking for physical damage to servers, parts, etc.)
  • - Escalate issues to Technicians

Requirements:

  • Entry-level Prior data center experience would be a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to lift 75lbs
