We are urgently hiring a Data Center Support Associate for a leading provider of cloud and endpoint security, threat intelligence, and cyberattack response services. Responsibilities:
- - Installing hardware on request (DIMM, Drives, etc.)
- - Data entry (scanning serial number and asset tags into documents)
- - Perform hardware inspections (checking for physical damage to servers, parts, etc.)
- - Escalate issues to Technicians
Requirements:
- Entry-level Prior data center experience would be a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn
- Able to lift 75lbs
