We are NOW HIRING a Front Desk Coordinator. The right person will have a positive attitude, looks forward to customer and vendor interaction, and has extensive software skills, internet research abilities and strong communication skills.

SERVPRO Colorado Springs Southeast is an industry leading water, mold, and large loss fire restoration company. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous Front Desk/ Receptionist experience
  • Comfortable working both alone and in a group setting
  • Experience answering phones and redirecting calls
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Must be a strong multi-tasker and be able to prioritize duties
  • Great organizational skills and ability to implement them in the office
  • Sales oriented
  • Construction/Restoration and/or property management experience a plus
  • High energy, ability to meet and greet clients who come into our building, build rapport
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer all incoming calls and assist the caller or perform warm transfer as needed, take messages, and send follow-up emails
  • Maintain Office Supplies inventory, office supply request to all department heads with deadline for response, take regular inventory of existing supplies each month and create an order for supplies as needed
  • Coordinate with staff to maintain updated conference room(s) schedule, and ensure the room is cleaned and tidy following the meeting and that all trash is properly disposed of and room returned to original configuration
  • Perform mail distribution in a timely manner each day.
  • Assist with Job Intake
  • Ability to track metrics, determine the referral source
  • Make outbound calls to customers, vendors or adjusters as needed
  • Request invoices on approved final estimates and send invoices out to adjuster/customers as required.
