• Client Service and quality control of assigned personal lines clients:
• Policy Reviews
• Changes, Claim Reporting
• Quoting
• Policy Rewrites,
• Account Rounding and new business.

• Valid Ohio Property and Casualty License.
• Having a Life & Health Insurance License is a bonus
• Compliant with Ohio Continued Education Requirements
• Strong Knowledge of auto, homeowners, inland marine and recreational policies.
• Excellent communication Skills
• Strong computer and typing skills
• High level of experience with Agency Management System (Applied Systems or AMS)
