We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! If you have a knack for ensuring vehicles run smoothly and love providing top-notch service, we'd love to have you as part of our Service Advisor team. Help us set the standard for automotive service excellence.

Some of Your duties will include:

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
• Streamline workflow in the automotive repair departments.
• Maintaining and following safety programs.
• Performing other duties and functions as directed by management.

You must hold the following credentials / experience:

• Maintain a current and valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Effectively operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Must read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.
• Required to effectively utilize the dealership's computer system.
