Bee Well Botanicals in Kennesaw, GA is looking for an individual who is passionate about Vaping and a smoke free wellness to join our team as an Assistant Manager. Hours can fluctuate with business needs but full-time availability is preferred. We are located at 667 Ernest W. Barrett Pkwy Suite 416. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside store manager by supporting the team to reach sales and productivity goals.
• Assist store manager with administrative tasks including inventory maintenance and vendor questions, training, and customer service.
• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed.
• Provide a high-quality wellness experience and actively work to develop strong customer relationships.
• Ensure the team provides friendly and accurate assistance to all customers.
• Ensure product quality, store cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are met and ensure cash handling and deposit procedures are followed.
• Address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail management and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Vape and a Smoke Free wellness products preferred.
• Strong selling skills and ability to motivate team members to meet daily goals.
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Strong time-management and decision-making skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
