Kitchen Assistant
PRN (as needed) positions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares water and coffee for inpatient unit, helps with the filling of trays
- Prepares salads, fruits and sandwiches
- Fills school trays, PHP trays, inpatient and staff with foods
- Helps with the cleaning of pans, dishes and trays
- Fills kitchen with supplies
- Sets up trays for the dinner meal with the diets and names
- Help with dishes/pans as needed
- Helps evening cook with any prep needed
- Cleans area after meal prep
- Prepares after hours bagged meals
- Deliver carts to inpatient units
- Prepare patient snacks and after hour sandwiches
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds, and ability to walk stairs and stand for periods of time.
- Experience in food service preferred.
