We're currently looking for Geotechnical Engineers to join our team! As a Geotechnical Engineer on our team, you'll have the opportunity for professional growth. You'll work directly with Senior Engineers and Project Managers, providing ample room for advancement and competitive pay.

Geotechnical Engineer Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
  • Good communication, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Able to review and interpret project plans and specifications
  • Able to execute and manage multiple office and field tasks
  • Positive attitude with ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate required, Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred

Geotechnical Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Perform and lead field investigations, engineering analyses, calculations, and provide engineering recommendations
  • Develop proposals and cost estimates, track and evaluate project progress, budgets and recommend changes
  • Prepare, review and evaluate laboratory or field reports
  • Interact with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members to effectively complete projects while representing ATL
  • Provide technical support to drillers and field staff
  • Motivate and inspire team members to accomplish project goals
  • Maintain safety and quality standards on assigned projects
