We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hand Fabricator to join our team in the countertop industry. As a Hand Fabricator, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality countertops using various materials such as granite, quartz, marble, and other solid surfaces. Your expertise in precision cutting, shaping, and finishing will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch products that meet our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Select and prepare raw materials according to project specifications.
• Execute manual fabrication processes to shape, polish, and finish countertops.
• Work with precision to achieve seamless seams and edges for a flawless final product.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Identify and address any imperfections or discrepancies in the fabrication process.
• Work closely with the design and installation teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and problem-solve during the fabrication process.
• Maintain and care for tools and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure working environment.
• Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hand Fabricator in the countertop industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with materials such as granite, quartz, marble, and solid surfaces.
• Proficient in using hand tools, polishing equipment, and other fabrication machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications.
• Capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
