ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT (ACT) TEAM ASSISTANT
ACT Team Assistant Position Summary:
The ACT Team Assistant will primarily provide full administrative support and general assistance to the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiar with ACT evidence-based practice (EBP) standards.
- Manage representative payee accounts.
- Obtain authorizations in Incedo for services.
- Enter data into state databases monthly for ACT reporting.
- Participate as required in team meetings to ensure administrative coordination.
- Ensure insurance and other intake data from new patients is in records; maintain collaborative relationships with managed care organizations and insurance carriers.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in office management, administration, finance.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid full driver's license and safe driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to manage resources, space, time & personnel to meet performance objectives.
