Job Description
This is an Entry Level production worker position in Princeton.
1st shift - 6AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday (10hours a day, four days a week!!)
Starting pay $16.50 per hour
You will be making high quality cabinet components such as wood doors, drawer boxes, paneled ends, and molding. There are many different positions around the shop that include cutting, milling, shaping parts, gluing staves, door building, sanding and final inspection of solid wood doors. All the drawer boxes are made with dovetail construction. This is job for people who like working with their hands and take pride in what they do.
Skills Required
We hire people with or without prior woodworking experience.
Key skills that are either learned or positives to applying :
· Wood shop experience in school or home projects.
· Wood knowledge – ability to identify wood species and match color and grain.
· Hand Tool Skills – sanding, nailing, building doors or boxes.
· Machine Tool Skills – Operation of machines from simple saws to sophisticated CNC machines.
