Industrial Maintenance

• Hands on working position.
• Responsible for maintenance activities to achieve daily effective repairs of equipment and oversee timely preventative maintenance activities.
• Repairing of equipment and machinery by helping all maintenance employees engaged in the maintenance process while focusing on safety and equipment reliability.
• Partners with production staff to eliminate the causes of production delays resulting from equipment failures.
• Monitors and assists in the root cause identification of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical delays.
• Advises immediate Manager, Peers and Production counterparts of all actual or potential maintenance problems causing delays or shutdown to operations and takes corrective action to address the issue.

Qualifications needed:

• Electrical skills huge plus.
• 4 years of previous maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Industrial maintenance experience with a good understanding of maintenance principles or similar heavy manufacturing repair.
• Must be able to understand both old and new technology equipment.
• Must be able to partner effectively with production employees.
• Must have the ability to work with maintenance employees, to solve all maintenance problems.
• Must have sufficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with hourly and salaried personnel.
• Must have a strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, and concepts around properly repairing.
• Able to understand and troubleshot PLC ladder logic control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a good understanding of safety processes and demonstrate a passion for following all established procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting $60,000.00 per year. Negotiable depending on experience and abilities.
